customer service Misaki Guarantee Each Misaki jewellery product comes with a 2-year guarantee covering manufacturing defect. The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear defects including abuse of the product (such as mentioned below). Our After Sales Service is based in Monaco. This guarantee covers the free repair or replacement of the jewellery or watch which shows a manufacturing defect. The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear including abuse of the product, restringing, broken glass, adding extension chain or extra pearls, use of detergents or cosmetics, leather strap damaged by wear and tear, replacement of watch battery. Please dont repair yourself: the guarantee does not apply to defects caused by reparations by yourself or another person. If the defect is not covered by our guarantee, please note that Misaki will perform the repair service at a charge dependent on reference and kind of work requested. These charges may be subject to change. In any event, Misaki will perform the repair when the customer has approved by e-mail the cost of such repair. You can always contact the Misaki After Sales service to get the current quotation for handling your request. Kindly note that the jewellery not joined with a valid above-mentioned proof of purchase will not be covered by the Misaki guarantee. After Sales Service Kindly note that all parcels must be sent by FedEx, accompanied with a Pro Forma invoice stating Items for Repair. Misaki will then repair it in a delay of maximum 3 weeks. With the product, please enclose a copy of the sales receipt, a copy of the duly filled in guarantee card, a description of the problem and your full address, telephone number and e-mail address. Each product should be dispatched in its original box in order to protect it. If the defective item comes from a customer that did not buy it in your shop, please inform him of out procedure explained here above. How to take care of Misaki product Customers should be aware that contact with perfume or lacquer sprays, perspiration, detergents and other harmful substances could be detrimental to pearls and jewellery. Although Misaki uses solid precious metals like sterling silver as well as gold or rhodium plating, plating can be affected by exposure to excess humidity or other harmful, external elements for which the Company cannot be held responsible. Please be informed that unless clearly specified, our watches are not water resistant. To polish up the metal, please scrub with a dry cotton cloth. Kindly avoid impregnate clothes or polish creams which are too abrasive and could damage or remove the plating. In order to preserve the shape of the jewellery, we recommend you to restring the pearls once a year. (The guarantee does not cover restringing). Please ask a professional jeweler to adjust Misaki adjustable rings to the correct size and avoid to adjust it more than once. To preserve their beauty after use, clean your jewellery and store them carefully in their original boxes and packaging.
