Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you are not fully satisfied with your jewellery, return it to us within 14 days of the date of receipt in its original condition and you will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs).

If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within (Matthieu?).

After this time, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order or its dispatch.

If you would like to change the size of your ring or exchange your purchase:

Jewellery will be exchanged or replaced subject to availability.

Can my purchase be gift wrapped?

You can choose to add one of our elegant gift bags to your order.

All items are delivered in a signature Misaki Monaco box with notches and an elegant black velvet protective foam.

Discounted jewellery is delivered in satin pouches bearing the Misaki Monaco label.

Where is my order?

We will contact you by email to keep you informed about the progress of your order, from preparation through to dispatch.

As soon as the package is entrusted to our courier, you will receive your tracking number by email.

When will I receive my order?

We prepare and dispatch your order from Monaco on the day it is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For mainland France, orders generally take two to three days to arrive.

Need a gift fast? Choose the Chronopost/DHL delivery option to receive your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

Is my package insured?

Deliveries via Chronopost and Colissimo Expert include theft/loss insurance.

Does my jewellery come with a warranty?

Every piece comes with a manufacturer’s warranty valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How do I use the warranty?

Your warranty covers free repair or replacement of any aspect of the piece that has a manufacturing fault under normal conditions of use.

My jewellery is no longer covered by the warranty. Can I have it repaired?

If a piece is not covered by the terms of the Misaki Monaco commercial warranty, we can offer a paid repair service.

Please note that Misaki Monaco will only offer this service in cases where repair is possible.

Send a photograph of your piece to our customer service team, who will provide you with a tailored quote as soon as possible.

Are the watch straps adjustable?

Our straps are all adjustable in line with international jewellery standards, so you can ask your jeweller to resize your watch.

What should I do if marks appear on my brass jewellery?

You need to remove the fine layer of brass that has been tarnished by oxidation (a natural process caused by contact with oxygen).

To do this, you can apply some bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) with a damp cloth. Gently rub the oxidised area of the piece, but be careful not to touch any pearls or nacre.

What should I do if my 925/°°°silver jewellery becomes dull or black?

Like all metals, silver oxidises over time and loses its sheen.

This is quite natural, and can vary from person to person (depending on the pH level of the skin).

You should avoid using abrasive methods to clean your jewellery, as these can cause scratches.

Instead, use a cleaning cloth or chamois on your pieces regularly to maintain them in their original condition. Avoid getting perfume or body lotions on your jewellery.

There is a white mark on my pearl and the coating has come off. What can I do?

It is highly likely that your pearl has been scratched or attacked by a corrosive substance, which has damaged its coating.

The white part which is showing through the mother-of-pearl coating is the core or nucleus of the pearl.
